In an exclusive interview with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Kapamilya Actress and Singer Karylle Yuzon admitted that she really feels sad and disappointed on the tons of bashes that always occur at this age. Specifically, she is so downhearted at the sprout of bashers who are making the issue of Vice Ganda kissing her on the lips a very big deal. The said issue had happened at the past kick-off sixth anniversary celebration of It’s Showtime inside the dome of Smart Araneta Coliseum last September 26, 2015.
The issue had gained a lot of disapproving comments and reactions. Even the husband of Karylle, Yael Yuzon, was able to receive a lot of thumping questions in his twitter account. Karylle sent her full sentiments regarding the issue in an interview on the second part of It’s Showtime’s anniversary celebration happened in Biñan, Laguna last October 3.
“Na-sad lang ako na, at this day and age, bashers and haters are the words we hear every day, like more than once every day. I just feel na, siyempre, bumabalik yun sa iyo, e. I would like everyone to have a happy life,” Karylle stated.
In spite of these things, Karylle had expressed her gratitude towards her husband Yael for just ignoring the hateful comments and maintaining the attitude of an understanding lifetime partner.
"I mean, sinasabi ko nga palagi na I’m so thankful I have a husband who understands my work. Ganun siya. Hindi makitid ang isip.”
