Miss Zamboanga Bellatrix Tan trended online after delivering an answer about the weather-related phenomenons that shocked even climate change experts.
To summarize, she encouraged everyone to start planting trees to combat the lingering El Niño that brings extreme heat. She concluded her answer with "If we start now, we will achieve La Niña,"
Wait, what? Exactly. La Niña brings hurricanes and severe rains in some areas. And if we start planting trees like Miss Zamboanga said, then perhaps extreme rains will occur.
