He sees the exact logo and color pattern of the famous fast food chain Jollibee but it is written as Jellibee.
The fastfood offers Chicken Happy (chickenjoy at the original fastfood) or Palabak.
The following photos were taken in Yinchuan City, Ningxia province, Wanda Mall in China. It was quite located in the middle of nowhere according to the source of the photo.

However, it'd be really odd to think what would a fake Jollibee would have on it's menu. Would anyone even eat there perhaps?
