Bulacan is located in the northern part outside of Manila. It is generally considered a peaceful and quiet place where no other distractions and urban noise can be seen or heard.
However, just like any province, it has its own share of terror tales and notoriety as well. Just take this case that was posted by Facebook user Trixia Mendoza Ulic-Ulic II. According to her, the event happened in Tangos, Baliuag, Bulacan.
She narrated that there were people (judging from the picture, there were two) who went to the gates of their house and claimed that they were from the Faculty of Medicine.
It could be noted that it this is only used in colleges and universities. Ulic-Ulic said she believed them. She continued and then narrated that they wanted to check her blood sugar level.
The above photo is the screenshot from her account. She claimed that they were “members of ISIS” and that they plan to “spread AIDS” by injecting the tainted blood into people.
It cannot be verified if the people were actually members of the terror group since ISIS sympathizers have only been spotted in Mindanao, and not in Bulacan. Also, they do not have syringes or other similar paraphernalia. Instead, they resort to guns and conventional munitions.
